Este estudo teve o objetivo de identificar a percepção sobre envelhecimento dos idosos usuários uma Unidade Atenção ao Idoso um município brasileiro e avaliar relação entre características sociodemográficas autopercepção envelhecimento. Estudo caráter quantitativo, analítico, observacional transversal realizado com 228 idosos. Foram utilizados os seguintes instrumentos: questionário sociodemográfico, Mini Exame do Estado Mental, APQ (Aging Perception Questionnaire), WHOQOL-Bref, WHOQOL OLD ASKAS. realizadas análises bivariada multivariada. Encontrou-se predomínio sexo feminino, média idade 78,86 anos. A foi moderada. Idosos feminino aqueles que residem filhos demonstraram maior
